Well, apparently there was a leak at WOTC, and From the Vault: Relics was fully spoiled early. This isn’t perfect, and a few of the cards have been spoiled as two possible cards, but it’s very close.
One more thing: One of the cards in Relics is a card from Scars of Mirroden, called Mox Sapphire. I don’t know exactly what it is yet, but it is in there.
Here’s the cards in FTV:R:

First, the visual spoiler. here it is. It is around 10 MB.
There have been reports from various stores around the world of store owners opening prerelease stock packs early, and finding in them an old (valuable) card in place of the basic land. There have been Taiga, Mox Diamond, Ancestral Recall, and Underground Sea. I don’t know if these will only be from the prerelease, or if it will continue after the prerelease, so you might want to go to a prerelease to have a chance at one of those.
By the way, if you open one at the prerelease, you’re very lucky, but you can’t put it into your sealed deck.

Only one preview card today, here it is, Gatekeeper of Malakir:

This is a good card for non-targeted removal, but that’s about it. There isn’t much to say here.

Luminarch Ascention:

Against red, sideboard it out. Against any other color, chump block everything thrown at you until you have this at 4, then pump out the angels, and hope that your opponent doesn’t have Planar Clensing or something to destroy your enchantment. A wrath variant isn’t enough because you can just pump out more angels.

Nissa Revane:

Nissa’s chosen:

Ob Nixilis, the Fallen:

Archmage Ascension:

Elemental Appeal:

Blood Tribte:

Roil Elemental:

Gull Draz Specter:

Nissa and Ob Nixilis both seem like powerful cards. Nissa has a low starting loyalty, but in an elf deck, if not dealt with quickly, will win the game. Ob Nixilis will do that in any deck that can play it. (especially using fetchlands – 6 damage and 6 +1/+1 counters in one turn?) Lightning bolt it fast, or you’re in trouble. (Path to Exile will get rid of it, but if it has counters on it, it means you’ve already lost life.) Archmage Ascension is not as good, because you need a card drawing engine to use it (for example, Howling Mine). In the correct deck, though, it can be great. Elemental Appeal is a great card. If you can get 9 mana, you deserve to be attacking with a 14/1 with trample. Blood tribute isn’t great, because by turn 6, your opponent will probably have already lost a lot of life against vampires. Roil elemental, though, will only get better later in the game. Gull Draz Specter’s lower ability feeds on its upper ability, so there is a good chance that it will be a 5/5.
In other news, the awesome basic lands that come in boosters and fat packs? After Worldwake, we’re back to normal basics, so get your supply for the next 15 years in Zendikar. (Even Prosper (codename for Spring ’10 set) won’t have them because it’s going to have a completely different theme)
Here are the other textless basics:

First, the fetchland – Arid Mesa

We can assume that this is a cycle, but I don’t know the names of the other 4 cards, so I won’t post the mockups. I suggest buying a Zendikar box just for these – it might pay for itself.
Next, Scythe Tiger:

Third, Windrider Eel:

Next, Quest for Ancient Secrets:

First, mythic rare Iona, Shield of Emeria:

If any deck can find the mana to play this, or can play it without paying its mana cost, it’s defiantly a good choice.
Next, Hunter of Halos:

The keyword intimidate is meant to replace fear as a keyword. (probably for the purpose of putting it on nonblack creatures.)
Next, Vampire Lacerator:
